How do I produce a report for my accounts?

Easyinvoice makes it easy for you to produce a report of invoices paid, and not paid with totals and if you are VAT registered with the VAT amounts calculated and totalled

1. Click the Reports tab

2.  You can select the to preview and the   to print a summary of invoices in any time period you choose.  The button is for displaying on the screen only.

3. When you click one of these buttons a dialogue box will ask you to enter the Start Date

4. Type the Start date (e.g. 1/1/03) and the End date e.g. 28/2/03)

5. Depending on which button you clicked at step one the report will be previewed, printed or displayed on the screen

6. Notice at the bottom you will have totals of invoices paid, outstanding and both added together - If you have ticked that you are VAT registered in the Business Details section - all your VAT will be displayed

7. If you are in the screen view, when you have finished click the   button.
